Hampton Inn & Suites West Sacramento

room was very clean with quality linens and furniture. bathroom was nice and well stocked. downstairs water refill station was very useful. will definitely return here next time i’m in the area.

I stayed here from 5/28 to 6/1 with my aunt. Loved the bed . It was so comfortable and the sheets were clean. The best part was the breakfast. A worker did help me when I had trouble flipping the waffle maker. Loved the scrambled eggs and sausage. The bacon was good. Oatmeal was also good. Coffee was also offered as well, and it was good.

This hotel was fabulous, the guest service was extremely nice and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, it had extra towels already, and my name was on the TV. I was super happy about that. Also, there is a refrigerator, and a microwave. This helps a lot so we could be able to enjoy our food. Check out is at noon so that was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, there’s something for everyone. The people there were so friendly the kitchen employees always came out and refreshed everything. The pool outside is heated. This hotel is also pet friendly. The front desk was so sweet. I will be saving this as one of my favorite hotels to visit. Thank you, for the great time and continue to be great people.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn from April 12-14th and I was hesitant at first from reading the reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay. Very quiet and safe area! Super clean! Receptionist very nice as well! Will be staying here again in the future.

The room was very dated and in my opinion not worth the $300 and an additional $75 for our small dog. The carpet was pretty nasty in places throughout, lifting and stained. But, overall seemed clean. We were told they are starting the renovation phase so that's good. Now the service... Excellent! I never caught her name but the lady who checked us in at the end of the night was great. She was accommodating and pleasant. Even offered us wine after such a long drive from Seattle during our move across the country. Would stay again.

Great spot near the academy. The front desk staff is very nice and accommodating. They were helpful printing a necessary document when we had trouble with the guest printer. As one would expect, the treats at their little hotel shop we're pricey ($3/candy bar, $3 for a small bag of mini Oreos).

Got stuck driving around California during the day and called beforehand to let them know I wasn't going to get in until 1 a.m. When I did eventually roll in at 1 a.m., there was a cheery person at the front desk ready to check me in and everything was fine. Clean room, good bed, good service. Very convenient to the airport. Would stay here again.
